Abstract
Bowenoid papulosis of the genitalia appears to be a distinct entity with clinical and histopathological characteristics: clinically, this disease shows benign looking popular lesion and histopathologically, typical feature of Bowen¢¥s disease.
Bowen¢¥s disease has been defined as a chronic disorder with cutaneous plaques representing intradermal squamous cell carcinoma which persues slow, relatively benign but many transform into invasive squamous cell carcinoma.
We have experienced term pregnant woman who had sharply demarcated multiple small hyper pigmented reddish brown colored papules on the vulva with histopathologic features of the Bowen¢¥s disease, but showed entirely different clinical appearance from Bowen¢¥s disease.
So we report Bowenoid papulosis combined with pregnancy. A review of literatures was also presented.
